Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with okbij

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "okbij", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the okbij platform and the entity operating it, accessible at okbij.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the okbij platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a player on the okbij platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional offer's terms shall take precedence for matters specific to that promotion only.

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. 4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. okbij will never request your password through any channel — including email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify okbij immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. okbij accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

okbij may require you to complete identity verification at any point. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes to reflect. okbij is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing schedules.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible. okbij reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above standard thresholds.

5.5 Prohibited Transactions

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by okbij are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all promotions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer tables, roulette, or baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — towards wagering requirements. 6.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering

6.4 Bonus Expiry

6.5 Abuse of Promotions

okbij reserves the right to revoke bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to: coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, use of automated software to exploit promotions, or patterns of wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements with minimal genuine play.

7 Game Rules & Sports Betting

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the okbij platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules published by the relevant provider. okbij does not modify game logic, payout tables, or RNG outcomes. In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, the game round will be treated as void and all stakes returned to the player's account.

7.2 Sports Betting

7.3 Void Bets

Voided bets will have their stake returned in full.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Participating in or facilitating any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting scheme.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer the okbij platform, its databases, source code, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards okbij staff or other players.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling, including commercial resale of account access or winnings.

9 Responsible Gaming
